But the same SPAMs can, and do, come from freshly brewed email senders with each new go-around. SPAM using the same alias (i.e., display name). So clicking on "Block Sender" may only junk emails coming from the same exact email address, and not necessarily all of the Name that shows up outside the brackets, even though that's what the "conditions" choices suggest it does. My theory therefore is that the logic for this blocking looks at the actual return address and NOT the alias or display That it's a list of email addresses (or domains), and NOT the aliases or display names that shows up in the 'From' column of your Inbox. And if you look at your Blocked Senders list per the above instructions, you'll see ![]() Certainly I keep getting the same SPAMs addressed to the same account even after trying to block them. I actually don't think this is the solution to the problem.
